The Bancroft Elementary School renovation and addition was completed in 2018 in Minneapolis, MN. This 5.8-million-dollar project included a demotion of the 1966 addition and the construction of a new 15,500 SF addition. The school added a 7,000 SF gymnasium, a 3,000 SF lunchroom, an 1,800 SF kitchen, a brand-new school entrance and office, as well as a new media center space, a new loading dock, and additional classroom spaces.

Not only did they add to the original building of the school, but they also added a new athletic field, playground, and parking lot.

M3Sixty provided 2,827 square feet of Centria MR3-36 siding in the custom color Sienna as well as 800 square feet of flatstock.
