The Bridgewater Bank Corporate Center project that was completed in 2020 in Saint Louis Park, MN. This corner lot originally housed an empty one-story commercial building and was redeveloped into an 84,000 SF four-story mixed-use office building. The unconventional looking bank building has Bridgewater Bank on the first floor alongside Hazelwood Food & Drink, the second and third floor are for Bridgewater’s corporate offices, and the fourth floor is for local businesses. This building also features a second-floor multipurpose room with a full kitchen and beer on tap. The room opens onto a large deck with a fireplace that can comfortably fit all 200 bank employees.
Some other features of this $40 million dollar project include the outdoor greenspace where one can find an abundance of outdoor seating and a 20-foot sculpture by artist Craig Snyder and Homan Wong of FireShapes Studios. And as you drive by you might notice some bright colors peaking through the large windows, this would be the incredible mural by Goodspace Murals, a woman owned art studio based out of Minneapolis, MN.
M3Sixty provided 14,000 SF of Fundermax North America and 15,000 SF of Fairview Architectural North America Vitrabond panels. We also provided 29,000 SF of Hunter Xci CG panels, a thermal rigid insulation panel.
