The Finnegans Brew Co. project that was completed in 2018 in Minneapolis, MN. This 44,000-square foot building features four levels dedicated to creating craft brews, hosting events, and providing a co-working space for entrepreneurs. The first-floor houses Finnegans 13,000 square foot brewing operations and main taproom that can easily fit 200 people. There is also an outdoor beer garden that can be used in the warmer months that seats 60-70 people as well.
In addition to the brewery there is the FINNovation Lab, a coworking space for entrepreneurs. And The Mosaic Event Venue where you can rent out the space for any kind of event you would like. The venue can easily hold up to 480 guests.
Finnegans Brew Co. has produced more than 100 beers that can be tasted at restaurants and liquor stores across the twin cities as well as in the rest of Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
M3Sixty provided 177 rolls (13,275 Linear Feet) of 3M Through Wall Flashing Tape. 3,465 square feet on Hunter Xci Ply, an energy efficient rigid insulation panel. And 4,800 square feet of VMZINC North America Anthra Zinc metal panels.
