The Ox-Op Apartment project that was completed in 2020 in Minneapolis, MN. This seven-floor building totals 157,959 square feet and offers 153 units for people to rent. This boutique style apartment building offers loft luxury apartments that feature condo-quality finishes such as stainless-steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplashes, walk in closets, in unit washer/dryer, and private balconies. The building also features great community amenities that include an outdoor rooftop deck, a club room with billiards and a fireplace, fitness center, sauna, chefs’ kitchen, conference and break out rooms, and a pet spa just to name a few.
The building was recently purchased at the end of 2021 for $46.9 million to a Houston based development company.
M3Sixty provided 8,900 SF of Fairview Architectural North America Vitrabond 4mm G2 Metal Panels and 4,300 SF of 4mm FR Panels in a custom color called Rockwood Red. We also provided an additional 1,000 SF in standard black.
