The TRIA Orthopedics Urgent Center project that was completed in 2017 in Woodbury, MN. This incredible 84,000 square foot building offers a full variety of sports medicine and orthopedic services. The $50 million dollar building is intentionally divided into three levels, each of which caters to patients and employees’ specific needs.
Upon entering the building, you are greeted with a lobby that is filled with natural light thanks to the 3-story window filled atrium. The first level also houses an orthopedic acute injury clinic, radiology, retail space, and a café. The second floor includes physical therapy spaces, a gym dedicated to rehabilitation services, hydrotherapy, as well as administrative offices and conference rooms. The third floor contains outpatient surgery, four operating rooms, and pre- and post-op rooms for patients.
M3Sixty provided over 6,000 SF of CENTRIA wall panels in Champagne Gold Metallic Finish. We also provided 2,600 square feet of Fairview Architectural North America Vitrabond Aluminum Sheets in their Champagne Metallic finish.
